Villa Talay Sai incorporates contemporary Thai-Balinese design elements such as the roofs, the large carved teak doors and the art and decor. The villa grounds are landscaped with many types of tropical flowers, plants and trees. Our villa has a total built up area of about 7000 sq.feet and the rooms are all quite spacious. The lower floor has an additional sea view bedroom and is also used for staff quarters and maintenance. The entrance doors to the pool deck can be locked so that you have complete privacy when you want it.
The living/dining area features a large custom made teak dining table with coconut inlay that seats 8 or more persons. The golden teak floor, the modern tropical furniture, large Thai Silk pillows and various artworks give the room a cozy but luxurious feeling. There is a 42 inch plasm TV with a surround sound system so that you can watch satellite television, DVD movies or listen to music of your choice. 
The rear of the living/dining room opens
to a beautiful tropical garden that gives a
delightful contrast to the expansive ocean
views at the front of the room. All rooms
have ceiling fans and the constant sea
breeze makes keeps the house delightfully
cool even in the hottest season.
Three of the four Master bedrooms are located on the second floor and one on the pool level. Each bedroom has a king size bed and the three rooms have four post canopy style beds. All bedrooms are airconditioned but also have ceiling fans for those who prefer the cool sea breeze. All bedrooms have 32 inch plasma TV with DVD players, bathtubs with views, rain showers with views, and large private sea view balconies. Each bedroom has a personal safe.
